Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or an email) to:

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs if applicable, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed in writing of the decision to withdraw.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the buyer expressly agrees otherwise. The Gallery may withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the Customer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
The goods must be returned or delivered directly to the Gallery's address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

The buyer who withdraws from the purchase must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts relating to:
The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

4. Buyer's Responsibility

The merchandise will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the buyer on the order form.

Once the product is delivered, it becomes the buyer's responsibility.

Likewise, the buyer's responsibility passes to the shipping company chosen by the customer upon delivery of the merchandise.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, if the product received shows damage resulting from transport (except in the case of the customer having contracted a transport company of their choice) or manufacturing defects, the customer must notify the Gallery within 48 hours of receipt by email to arte@silviasennacheribbo.com, attaching photographs of the damage.

8. Products Collected by Your Own Carrier

For international shipments, the Client may use their own carrier to collect the artwork from the Gallery, provided they supply the shipping documents that prove the export.

The Gallery is not responsible for any damage, loss, or incidents during transport arranged by the Client.

9. Changes to the Returns and Refunds Policy

SENART GALLERY SL reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative, operational, or logistical changes.

Updated versions will be available on the website with the date of the last update.
