Shipping policy

1. Scope This policy governs the shipment of artworks and products purchased from the SENART GALLERY SL online store (www.galeriasilviasennacheribbo.com). It applies to all orders placed by national and international customers.
2. Shipping Zones
Mainland Spain: Standard shipping available.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Please inquire about additional costs.
Rest of the European Union: Shipping available according to the indicated conditions.
3. Delivery Times and Address
The goods will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the buyer on the corresponding form.
Estimated delivery times:
Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): 2 to 5 business days.
Other countries in the European Union: 5 to 7 business days.
United States: 7 to 15 business days.
These delivery times are service estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
For international shipments within the EU, a shipping cost estimate will be provided and a quote will be sent to the buyer upon request.
Alternatively, the client may use their own shipping company to collect the artwork from the gallery premises, provided they supply the shipping records that prove the artwork's export.
All export-related expenses, such as customs clearance fees, duties, and local taxes, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Packaging and Transport
The gallery guarantees the perfect condition of the artworks upon collection from its premises, where their preservation is checked before packaging them according to professional protection standards.
Shipments are made through reputable transport companies or those specializing in works of art.
5. Delivery and Claims
If the estimated delivery time has passed and the merchandise has not been delivered, and no issue has been reported, the buyer must inform the gallery by email without delay, within a reasonable timeframe.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the order upon receipt and submit any claims within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.
After this period, the gallery is not responsible for any issues.
Once the product has been delivered, responsibility for the artwork passes to the buyer.
6. Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, order value, and destination.
They will be clearly indicated before order confirmation.
The customer agrees to pay these costs upon confirming the purchase.
7. International Shipping and Customs
For orders to be delivered outside of Spain, the Customer is responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
The gallery is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional costs arising from customs.
8. Changes to the Shipping Policy
SENART GALLERY SL reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to changes in regulations, shipping costs, or services. Any changes will be published on the website with the date of the last update.
